Hi. We are Jason and Lauren, the founders of Wealth Garden. We met in 2017, married in 2022, and are expecting our first child this year.
Jason has leveraged his Marquette University engineering education into a diverse 20+ year corporate career. He has worked in engineering and process improvement roles in automotive & aerospace manufacturing, health care, and finance for numerous Fortune 500 firms. His passion has always been investing and personal growth.
Lauren attended the University of South Carolina, earning a degree in supply chain management. She has been practicing in that field for the last 10 years. She has worked in logistics planning , manufacturing, and health care, and is currently a data analyst for a national healthcare supply chain management company.
As a family, we have leveraged our combined experience as investors to achieve a multi-million dollar net worth. That experience gives us the capabilities and confidence to help almost anyone achieve their next financial goal. We are excited to share our story with others, and to inspire them to achieve their own success, however they define that for their family. The best is still to come.

The evidence is everywhere you look; Our nation is on an unsustainable financial path. And, this problem is getting worse, not better. A recent CBS study indicated the average American will need $1,460,000 to retire with dignity, and has a net worth of $88,400, leaving a gap of $1,370,000 between their savings and their retirement aspirations. Our schools have failed to teach our people to achieve financial independence in the modern world. Our organization exists to close this gap by teaching and practicing the disciplines that build long term financial freedom.
As we talked to more and more people about their financial goals, it soon became clear that many people would benefit massively from financial coaching. Many have no experience with investing, or lack the confidence to invest. Without proven models to follow, many struggle to progress, or take no action at all. Others attempt to “get rich quick”, and embrace investment schemes more akin to gambling than investing, with predictable results.
